Hello Hello Hello My brain is in a thousand different places lately so forgive me if this post is totally choppy and random. First, thank you all so much for your kind words, posts, emails, PM's. I'm still getting messages asking if the freebies are still available. I have good news and bad news and that's what this post is about. :) There were 544 downloads of the buttons! Can you believe that? Wow. 544 scrappers who will hopefully be using my buttons on their memories. That is so exciting to me! The bad news is that they are no longer available as freebies on my blog but the GOOD news is that I have received a few offers from stores! One of them was from my friend Joedee, owner of Elemental Scraps. At first I was resistant but she finally beat me into submission. Plus, she made me an offer that I couldn't refuse and so HERE I AM! Thank you all so much for supporting me in this new venture. Be on the lookout for some more buttons as well as some other fun and freestyle things very soon! In fact, here's a sneak peak of a little mini-kit I'm working on and hope to have up in the store sometime in the next week. :) Because of my new venture I've had so step down from a few of my beloved CT's. That totally bums me out! I am honestly one of the luckiest scrappers in the world. It took me a few tries to find a group of designers that I love to create for, but once I found them I'm VERY loyal. I do not like to bail on my commitments and plus I've just became friends with them and I'm just so sad to leave them. :( If only there were more hours in a day….. So I'm so sad to be saying goodbye to Laura Deacetis and Zoe Pearn for now. I told them it's going to be very difficult to remove their blinkies. But at least they'll have a loyal 'paying' customer back. ;) Last but definitely not least… SO many amazing scrappers have been using my stuff, I just can't believe the luck! I'm not going to single anyone out because that would be unfair but I just have to say that GINA MILLER used my buttons on her layout and I almost fell out of my chair. (and no Joedee, not backwards! Yup, that's right. I'm gonna bitch and moan for a second. I feel like I wish my life away. I hate my job. I'm sitting here dreading tomorrow and wishing that it was next weekend already. I wish my whole life away. I want to stay home with my babies and focus on LBE a little more. Not to mention my scrap employers... who I actually ENJOY working for. It's sad that everyday I go to work and wish I could get fired. Okay, enough negativity.

Not a whole lot happening there. The girls were excited over their 'DOEWA' (Dora) and Princess baskets. Then they promptly ate an insane amount of chocolate and bounced off the walls. Alex went to church with my MIL and we all had a large and delicious Easter lunch over there this afternoon. Greg treated me to some Outback takeout which I haven't had in forever. Yummy steak. :)

Not a whole lot of news here. I've been doing a little designing and just experimenting with it. I'm having alot of fun anyway. I did these buttons today and thought I'd share them with you. I'm not guaranteeing you anything except that they're 300dpi. If they suck, I'm sorry! LOL

Whew. I have been on a long break, haven't I? My blog subscription ran out and I just never signed back up. But I've missed it for awhile so I finally got some time to reinstate it. I won't go back and update all the way from last November because, well, that would just be craziness! So I'll just start from this weekend. :)
I've updated the blog-fit and I love it! It was done with parts from this amazing collab kit by Dani Mogstad and my girl Traci Reed. It is absolutely gorgeous and HUGE.

I've been on a little shopping spree this week. I cleaned out about 5 gigs of EHD space and figured I better fill it back up before it gets too lonesome.
My first stop was Gina Miller Designs where she was having a saley-sale that had my name written all over it. There were several things that I'd been wanting and just hadn't made the time to pick them up so I decided I may as well get them all while they were on sale. Check out my new goodies....
My next stop was IdeaBooks4u where I picked up 4 of the many books that I've had my eye on for quite some time. I'll have alot of reading material but I'm really hoping that it will fuel my creative energy and this new style that I've been developing lately. I'm excited to get them.
Next I went to TheDigiChick where there was another awesome sale going on. I had a few Karah and Fee goodies on my Kaboodle wish list for quite a while so I made sure to pick them up along with a few impulse buys of course.
And last but oh-so-definitely not least is Christina Renee. Wow, this girl has really got it going on. I haven't seen such fresh new talent in quite some time. Her grungy flair is so yummy, I just have to have it all. If you haven't checked Christina out you really should, I cannot say enough about her. Not only are her designs simply amazing but she's the sweetest person! She has such a fresh style and personality... just love her. Christina, you RAWK!

I scrapped twice yesterday. I hope to get at least one more done today but we'll see how the day plays out. We're going over to Greg's moms here in a bit for Sunday dinner and family time. I was hoping to take the girls to the playground again while the weather is nice. We'll see.

:::::::::: THE CAKE-TASTROPHE ::::::::::
I decided I'd make myself useful this Thanksgiving and make a cake to take to my grandmothers house. After I put in in the oven I realized that I'd forgot to grease my pan. No problem... I'll just make a crumb cake. I took the cake out of the oven and put half of it in a dish and left the other half in the bundt pan to cool. A little while late I heard a loud crash and found Brianna with the remainder of my cake in the floor! She was eating it by the fistful! I ended up getting a few shots of her actually LICKING the cake off my kitchen floor. Ahh, thanksgiving memories! :) This particular memory will be referred to as the 'cake-tastrophe'
